Capitalizing On Insurance Benefits Before They Expire

We Have Newer Content

This article is a little outdated. You may want to watch our on-demand webinar on maximizing end-of-year benefits instead.

It’s that time of year again. You have four months to try to get as many patients to schedule appointments for outstanding treatment as you can before their insurance benefits expire. Is your office preparing for this rush? You should read my article Last Quarter, Do You Know How to Increase Your Profit?  it will take the guesswork out of how to reach your patients successfully and help you manage the chaos.

Practice-Web has a number of different features and applications that can help you make the last quarter of the year as productive and profitable as possible.  It starts with the Practice-Web Graphs Analyzer.

With the Graphs Analyzer, you can quickly and easily see where most of your production can be generated from and then pull the patient list in Practice-Web to contact those patients specifically.  This will help you avoid the expensive “shot in the dark” marketing campaign.

When you generate your report in Practice-Web and find that you have a large number of patients to contact, you can use PromptCalls to help you make these phone calls.  PromptCalls also has a feature that will allow you to send custom marketing text messages which is a much more effective marketing tactic than the random postcard or voice mail.

Practice-Web is hosting a webinar on August 19th, 2014 that will help you manage your outstanding treatment plans and teach your staff how to capitalize on remaining insurance benefits before those benefits expire.  You can click here to register.   This webinar is free with your current technical support.  You can call us at 800-845-9379 ext 704 for more information.

See you at the webinar 🙂
